Bridge Builders for Kids has developed four specific teams that  serve in an advisory capacity to the BBFK Board of Directors and Executive Director in various areas.  These teams meet a maximum of 6 times per year (every other month) and would are chaired by one of our BBFK board members or staff.   Team members would be asked to serve a one-year term on a team.

Listed below is a description of each team:

• Administrative Team - The primary responsibility for the Administrative Team would be to help develop systems, policies and procedures around information technology, accounting, or other logistical matters.

• Development Team - The development teams primary responsibility is fundraising.  This will involve connecting with or providing connections to potential major donors or other funding sources.  This team might also come up with proposals for other fundraising or event ideas as well as marketing / public relations plans.
  

• HR Team - The Human Resource Team would provide recommendations around employee benefits, policies, staffing and any other HR issues.

• Generative Team - This team is made up of individuals who enjoy brainstorming and thinking "out of the box" to come up with new ideas, approaches or solutions to a wide variety of topics or issues, including programming.
