Administrative Tasks
  • Communications Coordinator - This volunteer staff would be responsible for communicating with our local area mentors through e-mails, occasional phone calls and regular mail to announce upcoming events, mail out donated tickets, share additional resources, as well as share prayer requests with our prayer team members.
Requirements:  Proficient e-mail user and computer user with access to Internet.  Also will require occasional use of personal vehicle to pick up locally donated tickets.

Time Commitment:  Will vary - approximately 4-6 hours per month
  • Database Manager - This volunteer staff would be responsible for entering new mentors, children and caregivers into our mentor database and maintaining that information.  Information would be given to them by local area Case Managers.
Requirements:  Detail oriented; proficient computer user with database entry experience; access to internet

Time Commitment:
  Will vary - approximately 4-6 hours per month
