Ben Groff - President Academic Advisor - Capella University Ben and his wife Mindi have been actively involved with Bridge Builders for Kids since 2002. They both have a passion for children of prisoners and are both mentors. Ben has a Speech Communication major and a Biblical Studies minor from Bethel University. Besides being a Realtor, Ben is also a Property Manager. Ben joined the Board in 2007 and quickly began putting his leadership gifts to work when he began serving as President in 2008. |

Andrew Odubote, Ph.D. - Treasurer Anthropology / Sociology Professor - Bethel University Andrew joined our Board of Directors in 2007. Andrew specializes in criminology and his dissertation is entitled "The Moderating Effect of Race on Parenting Style and Juvenile Delinquency: A Comparative Study of European American, African American and Nigerian Families." Prior to coming to Bethel, he taught at the University of Minnesota and was an adjunct faculty at Metropolitan State University. |

Sherre Johnson
Certified Public Accountant - (Inactive)
Sherre served on the Board of Directors from 2001 - 2007, and after taking a year off, she rejoined the Board in 2008. Sherre is a Certified Public Accountant
(inactive) and has experience with a number of different accounting
firms. Sherre has a intense passion for integrity and financial accountability as well as a special passion for prayer. |

President / Asst. General Counsel - Dougherty Financial Group Kathy brings passion and a broad range of gifts and
experience to our Board and is very eager to roll up her sleeves to put them to
use for the Kingdom. Kathy received her B.A. from Metropolitan State University
and Graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1998. |

Marian Martin
Vice President, Sales Development & Training - Wells Fargo
Marian has a special heart for disadvantaged children and families and has volunteered with Angel Tree at Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie. She also has a huge passion for prayer. Marian has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development and is administratively gifted in the areas of influence, group facilitation, leadership and presentation. |
