Involve Your Church

There are many ways you can get your church involved with Bridge Builders for Kids and families of children of prisoners.  Contact us if you would like to have someone speak at your church to share more about our ministry and ways your church can get involved.
  • Start a mentoring ministry at your church - If your church is interested in getting its members involved in mentoring children, we may able to match individuals to children of prisoners in their area and provide ongoing match support, depending on where your church is at in our service area.

  • Hosting an activity - Hosting an activity where we invite families of incarcerated parents to attend is a great way for your church to get to build relationships with families in need.
  • Befriending a family - Bridge Builders for Kids has relationships with families all over the Twin Cities and Rochester areas.  If your church or small group would be interested in reaching out to one or more of these families, we can help make that connection.
